*Our Lakeside Gazebo can only hold 150 guests, so your ceremony and reception will need to have split headcounts if the guest list exceeds 150.

Dumpster
Venue staff will get trash bags from the cans into the dumpster, but you are responsible for ensuring the space is clean and trash gets thrown away.
If a dining package or dishware package is purchased, your caterer is responsible for bussing tables and cleaning any dishes used. Should your caterer fail to do so, it is the renter's ultimate responsibility to clean the dishware.

All outside vendors must furnish a Certificate of Insurance. Required details will be included in the Event Agreement.
Alcohol is allowed for all private events for an additional cost. The alcohol fee does not include alcohol, a bartender, or any other bar service, and only covers the cost of the peacekeeper required to be on-site while alcohol is being served.
